Hex values are from the TruAnon UI palette. If your site uses Bootstrap, the class names map directly. You decide how confidence is used and shown in your platform.
On a profile: color, rank, and score together. Unknown sits apart from the ladder and has no score.
In feeds, comments, and lists: a ring in the rank color around a profile photo, a colored check beside the name, or the rank word are all useful. Cautioned is a transitional state, Dangerous represents abandonment of ownership and Unknown is visually identical, so a member can Grant or Revoke visibility, but any underlying anchor remains. Unknown is a nuanced state; its presence is clear as absence and this is a natural and universally understood visual trust indicator. These marks need no instruction or study, they just work like installing lights in a dark stairwell —the safety effect is immediate.
